Here is what one participant said about our first WFPB cooking webinar series:

This series has been life-changing for me. I loathed cooking and despite having many WFPB cookbooks, I always ended up cooking the same meals. Being able to have the visuals and watch it all, has been fantastic. Thank you Anita, Rory and Jenny for making nutrition so much more enjoyable for me ❤️

During these webinars we explain what whole food plant-based nutrition entails, how it works and how to put it into practice. It gives a good overview for those new to a plant-based diet or those already plant-based seeking to make further adjustments for health. We limit the numbers in these webinars to facilitate group interaction and build a sense of community among participants. Jenny and Malcolm are both qualified nutritionists (Deakin Uni) and have completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from Cornell. Malcolm is a practising GP and Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner. Jenny is also a qualified wellness coach and offers ongoing small-group coaching to those who have participated in our webinars and other programs. She runs these groups in blocks of 12 weeks, with the next coaching series starting in April.

Participants in our webinar series will also receive a PDF version of our 106-page transition guide, ‘Revitalise Your Health’. It contains 30 recipes plus many of the transition tips we cover in the webinar series, e.g. energy density, meeting nutrient needs, pantry items, why no oil, eating out, and dealing with others.

Please fill in the form below to register interest in our next plant-based nutrition webinar series. After filling in the form we will generate an invoice for $130 (within 48 hrs) which will be sent via PayPal (make sure you check your spam folder if you haven’t seen the invoice).

Feedback from previous webinars:

“This was an excellent webinar series. I think it’s fair to say it was life changing. The habits I will establish will add many years to my life. Thank you!”

“Just fabulous. You are a great team and it is so good to hear from experts who walk their talk. Thank you.”

“I found everything useful. I liked how you structured the series and the themes for each seminar, starting with the medical/scientific evidence around diseases and moving onto the practical and finishing on the social/psychological. Understanding the science beyond WFPB diets was helpful. The practical information on what to eat was particularly important. I want to be able to eat a healthy diet easily and naturally, without thinking too hard about it. You helped me to do this. When I create my meals now, I think of your illustrations of how a balanced meal should look and what it should comprise. This really helped to simplify things for me. The last session captured the challenges to adopting a WFPB diet really well.”

“Really appreciated the sharing of resources; the evidence-based approach and practical application.”

“All information presented was clear and articulate, well researched and I enjoyed the gentle humour and knowledge of presenters. Overall, very informative, educational and well-received.”

“A great webinar series which I highly recommend. It’s so hard to find WFPB teachers in Australia. So happy that we have two of the best, worldwide.”

“This was an exceptional introduction to WFPB and even though I have been WFPB for over 15 years I still learned a great deal.”
